Over the past 20 years, Larry established and now runs the leading boutique strategy management consulting firm, CK Partners in the Asia Pacific region. The firm advises medium and large organizations on corporate and business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, competitor reviews, operational improvement, and organisational change.
He has over 30 years experience in consulting to Boards, CEOs and division heads of Australian and international companies, private, public and government owned, on issues of business development and growth. During this time he led numerous strategy assignments, acquisition due diligences, and change programs for companies competing in many markets including food and beverages, retail, consumer products and services, telecommunications, financial services, agribusiness, energy, property and construction, manufacturing and distribution.
He has also led major industry reviews for the Federal Government of the Australian services sector and the music and performing arts industries.
Larry is an invited speaker at many national forums on strategy development, acquisitions, export growth and the role of innovation and technology in business. In addition, he has published 12 professional articles and reports on economics, business and agricultural economics.
